I would love the opportunity to share what makes Sanders County so exceptional. Beyond its natural beauty, the lifestyle in this corner of Northwest Montana is truly unique—rooted in community, outdoor living, and the unmatched charm of small-town Montana.
 
I began my real estate career in Sanders County in 1998 and played a key role in bringing a Coldwell Banker franchise to Plains. Coldwell Banker Wachholz & Company operated in Plains from 2000 to 2010, during which time I earned multiple company awards, including the Diamond Society (2003), the Sterling Society (2004 and 2006), and the Presidential Society (2005). I achieved my Broker’s license in 2005.
 
One of my proudest professional accomplishments was receiving the Customer Choice Award in 2008—a companywide honor based solely on client satisfaction and the level of service provided.
 
In 2010, I joined the CENTURY 21® System. Our office remained in the same location for many years, and my commitment to delivering exceptional customer service has remained at the heart of everything I do. During my time with CENTURY 21® I have earned multiple company awards, including Masters Ruby Award (2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2022) Masters Emerald Award (2015, 2018, 2024) CENTURY 21 Centurion Award ( 2020, 2021) and Quality Service Award (2023). 
 
I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, but made it to Montana as quickly as I could. I grew up in Billings, attended college in Butte, and earned a degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology in 1990.
 
My husband, Ron, and I were married that same year and began our adventure in the mining industry in Wallace, Idaho. After three years, we moved to Libby, Montana, where we welcomed our two sons. In 1993, our careers led us to Knoxville, Tennessee, but the mountains of Northwest Montana soon called us home.
 
We returned to Plains in 1996. Ron took over the family surveying and land development business, and in 1998 I found my calling in real estate.
 
In my spare time, I serve on the Board of Directors for the Plains Beautification Committee and stay active in the Plains Booster Club. I enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking, and snowmobiling. On Friday nights, you’ll find me cheering for the Plains Horsemen and Trotters, and on Saturdays for the Montana Grizzlies or the Montana Tech Orediggers.
